thenonamezz probably because he just get bullied by lane bullies such as malth thrall zag etc. any ranged character and has been nerfed and nerfed and nerfed but he's still insane in pro play because the side soak and clear and durability is nuts especially if you are well versed with the character. But i agree with nub on this one he's very good but in the right hands and if he's not just bullied by his opponent and isn't able to get that side soak.
