This time, our little challenge went from a natural pirate to a mechanical god.
Oh dear.

I also wanted to design another Support Hero, we have too few of those in HotS and throwing some flak at the wall can't hurt.

As an extra challenge, I wanted to avoid any Actives within this heroes' kit since I tend to overrely on them when designing a hero.

talent breakdown
Healing Wish
Healing from Mechanical Shield is increased from 25% to 40%.
Feedback Loop
Allies bearing a Mechanical Shield heal for 35% of the damage Seresvati deals with Basic Attacks.
Rapid Production
The Armor of Mechanical Shield is reduced by 10, but its duration is increased from 3 to 4 seconds and its cooldown from 10 to 9 seconds.

Slow Timers
The duration of Mechanical Totem is increased from 6 to 8 seconds.
Positive Ions
The range and travel speed of Ion Shot are increased by 30%. Quest: Hitting enemies with the center area of Ion Shot increases the center damage by 1 and the outer damage by 0.5.
Negative Ions
Enemies hit in the past 3 seconds with Ion Shot take 40% more damage from Seresvati's Basic Attacks.

Clockwork Deity
Hitting enemies with Basic Attacks reduces the cooldown of Mechanical Shield by 0.5 seconds.
Mass Production
Mechanical Totem gains a second charge. The health of Mechanical Totem is increased by 100%. (Note: The effects from Mechanical Totems don't stack.)
Pulsating Ions
The cooldown of Ion Shot is reduced by 1 second, and the size of the outer area is increased by 25%.

Time Freeze
Mana Cost: 80
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Target enemy Hero (6 range) is Silenced and Slowed by 90% for 2 seconds.
Surgical Shock
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Channel on an enemy Hero (within 8 range) for 2 seconds, dealing 110 damage and Silencing an enemy every 0.5 seconds. After the channel ends, Seresvati heals itself for an amount equal to the damage dealt.

Unbreakable Shield
The Armor provided by Mechanical Shield is increased from 50 to 70.
Healing Ward
Mechanical Totem now also heals nearby Allied Heroes for an amount equal to 2.5% of their maximum Health per second. They also gain 2.5% of their maximum Mana per second.
Electrical Surge
Enemies hit by the center of Ion Shot are Stunned for 0.25 seconds and then Slowed by 50% for 2.25 seconds. Enemies hit by the outer area of Ion Shot are Slowed by 25% for 1.25 seconds.

Shattering Segments
Once Mechanical Shield expires, deal damage to nearby enemies (2 range) equal to 50% of the damage that has been blocked.
War Totem
Allied Heroes within the radius a Mechanical Totem gain 10% Spell Power and 10 % Attack Speed.
Ion Feedback
Mechanical God heals himself for 60% of the damage dealt with Ion Shot and nearby allied Heroes (within 3 range) for half that amount.

Warped Time
Increase the cast range of Time Freeze by 50%. After the silence ends, the Slow now decays over another 3 seconds.
Surgical Shock is no longer Channeled, and cannot be interrupted.
Protector of the Pantheon
Mechanical Shield now also provides a Shield to the target hero equal to 30% of their maximum health.
Majestic Mechanicals
Mechanical Totem's radius of effect and vision radius are increased by 50%. The vision radius of Scout Bot is increased by 50%, and it removes Stealth from nearby (within half of its vision range) Stealthed units.
Enemies hit by the center area of Ion Shot take bonus damage equal to 3% of their maximum health. Enemies hit by the outer area of Ion Shot or Seresvati's Basic Attacks take bonus damage equal to 1.5% of their maximum health.
