Soft Rewind Build

Since Blaze's introduction, Neural Stimpack, which was the most popular lvl 1 talent pickup, has not been seen too often as players started to shift towards New Habits and Adrenaline Stimpack for Main-Tanking and Sololaning respectively.

The issue with those is that his play-making potential has been really low, and doesn't really have much of a powerspike, even with his heroics. One actually relies on allies noticing the Bunker and using it, and the other, can be easily countered.

Neural Stimpack makes Blaze have a strong early game, while also having a more direct synergy with his other talents. Giving him a "soft" Rewind talent like Muradin and Anub'Arak's 20 talents, really makes him a threat for the enemy.

I'd recommend playing this build with Malfurion, and ask him to give you Innervate if possible for more Jet Propulsions.

Neural Stimpack
Activate to gain 40 Mana and cause Basic Ability cooldowns to recharge 100% faster for 5 seconds.
Instead of using Neural Stimpack after engaging with Jet Propulsion, I use it AS (right before) I engage. That way I can appreciate the full CDR on Jet Propulsion, effectively making it a 5 seconds CD.
Incinertor Gauntlets
Increase Basic Attack area by 15% and Basic Attack damage to Minions, Mercenaries, and Monsters by 50%.
I find this tier a personal pick. All in all, I find Incinertor Gauntlets to be the easiest to be effective, while the others gives nothing if Blaze doesn't hit things. It also helps a lot on macro.
Adhesive Petroleum
Enemies standing in Oil Spill when it is Ignited are Slowed by 40% and take 35% more Basic Attack damage from Blaze for 3 seconds. Additionally, Basic Attack splashes Ignite Oil Spills.
This is also a playstyle pick. I personally take Crossfire, and it will be VERY bursty with Neural Stimpack, but Adhesive Petroleum is good and newb friendly.
Bunker Drop
After 0.5 seconds, deploy and enter a Bunker with 1435 Health. Blaze and his allies can enter and exit the Bunker at will. While in the Bunker, occupants gain access to Flamethrower, dealing 170 damage to enemies in a line. Exiting the Bunker grants 25 Armor for 2 seconds. Bunkers last 10 seconds, or until destroyed.
Highly depends on team mates. Combustion provides good damage if lacking.
Fuel Leak
Jet Propulsion creates Oil Spills along Blaze's path. If Jet Propulsion impacts an enemy Hero, an additional Oil Spill is created underneath them.
Fuel Leak is for general purposes. If you're good at Blaze in any way, you know and have muscle memory to use Oil Spill right after a Jet Propulsion hit. Fuel Leak is much more for disengage.
The other talents are often omitted, but are actually really strong. Please try them out.
Thermal Protection
Each enemy hit by Jet Propulsion grants to 10 Armor for 3 seconds and reduces its cooldown by 1.25 seconds.
This has the most synergy with Neural Stimpack. You basically get a Jet Propulsion reset if you hit at least 3.

Juggernaut Plating is really strong against burst blowup.
Burn Notice
Basic Attacks Slow enemies by 5% and deal an additional 18 damage over 2.5 seconds. Stacks up to 5 times.
It's funny how many times Burn Notice killed fleeing enemy heroes. Also good if you're a bit behind and need to depush lanes.
