MMASniper's Sgt. Hammer Build

"Oh we need a tank? I gotchu fam!" Sgt. Hammer can deal massive siege and hero damage when left uncontested. She can team fight or she can lane, either way, she has an answer for everything....a true force to fear....
Advanced Artillery
Increase Siege Mode's splash damage to 50% of Basic Attack damage, and increase its splash radius by 25%.
Regenerative Bio-Steel
Basic Attacks while in Siege Mode heal for 10% of the damage dealt.
Graduating Range
While in Siege Mode, Basic Attack range is increased by 1 every 3 seconds, up to 3.
Napalm Strike
Deals 164 damage on impact, and leaves a napalm area that deals 50 damage per second. Lasts for 4 seconds.
Blunt Force Gun used to always be the standard. It is a nice ultimate as it's a global that deals a large amount of damage and can secure kills from across the map, however, since it can't damage buildings anymore, Napalm Strike is the way to go. Adds extra damage plus does damage over time if they stand in the same spot. If not, it is a low cool down to spam.
Hyper-Cooling Engines
While in Siege Mode, hitting Heroes with Basic Attacks reduces the cooldown of Thrusters by 5 seconds.
Giant Killer
Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes deal bonus damage equal to 1.5% of the Hero's maximum Health.
Ultra Capacitors
Hitting enemy Heroes with Basic Attacks while in Siege Mode grants 5% Attack Speed for 5 seconds, up to 40%.
Attack speed is a huge advantage with any hero especially Sgt. Hammer.
