McIntyre's - Imperius First Impressions

After playing about 8-9 games on PTR this is the build I've decided on. The hero seems very fragile if cc'd off his Q but if he has a strong support behind him (tyrael/medivh/tyrande) any follow up will run over the enemy team. Not sure how good he is in the solo as I can't really tell in these games but he feels like he could be decent at level 4 in most matchups

Consuming Flame
Increase the center damage of Solarion's Fire by an additional 125% and its Slow amount by 15%. The first enemy Hero hit with Solarion's Fire restores 30 Mana.
Waveclear and extra chase? why not % health is decent vs bigger bodies

Battle Hunger
Increase the healing of Valorous Brand by 60%.
Can take root cleanse vs problem heroes

Holy Fervor
Activate to cause the next 4 Basic Attacks within 10 seconds to cleave for 30% additional damage.
Note your cleaves proc your passive so if you armor and start cleaving 3 melees you will lots with your level 4

Wrath of the Angiris
After 0.75 seconds, charge in the target direction, lifting the first enemy Hero hit into the Heavens. While in the air, Imperius can steer the landing location by moving. After 2 seconds, slam the target into the ground, dealing 375 damage and Stunning them for 1 second.
Needed to escape after engaging in or to follow up on a tank CC for easy picks

Pathetic Mortals
Stunning enemy Heroes with Celestial Charge reduces their damage by 40% for 4 seconds.
Shrink helps you win duels, your armor will be cast mostly at the start of a fight so 50% means you probably are going to die soon anyways. The CDR isn't too bad against certain teams but you may as well just shrink all the melee running at you.

Celestial Swiftness
Gain 25% Movement Speed for 5 seconds after casting Celestial Charge. Gain 40% Attack Speed for 5 seconds for each Hero stunned with Celestial Charge.
Chasing them down after landing your Q and getting out all your cleaves for extra healing,

Impervious
Activate to become Unstoppable and gain 75 Spell Armor for 3 seconds. Hitting Heroes with the center of Solarion's Fire reduces this cooldown by 5 seconds.
Hard to not say Unstoppable isn't the best here as it basically makes you immune to insta dieing when you engage, also can be paired with your R to gaurentee your cast goes off, the other talents are fun but not sure they can compete

It feels like theres a little bit of a disconnect between his early and late talents. The heal and cleave work so well but it feels like losing 6 seconds of negative armor at 16 is a dps loss? Maybe I need to play more
I like this build except I think the shield ult and it's upgrade will be really powerful.
