McIntyre's Competitive E.T.C Build
Build is based around spamming your e as much as possible to trigger your echo petal passive as well as sustain yourself from the enemy team. Make sure if you use your q that you have an escape or that you are going to net a kill. The best way for me to explain ETC q is that his q is his ultimate and his mosh is just a spell. Hold onto your q as it threatens the enemy into whatever they want to do.
Tech Talents:
Level 1 Block Party can be powerful against strong auto attackers (grey/thrall)
Level 4 Crowd surfer can be powerful if the other team has displacement effects (stitches garrosh) or tass wall
Level 10 If you don't think the other team will allow you to Mosh (lots of cc) stage dive is the better of the two ults, use it early to engage and try to slide after you have jumped behind them and cast w
Level 16 Imposing can be very powerful against heavy auto heroes (greymane/illidan)
Level 20 Every talent here is powerful, CHOOSE AT YOUR OWN WILL, I like bolt

Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe permanently increases the healing per second of Guitar Solo by 5, to a maximum of 100.
Reward: After gathering 20 Regeneration Globes, Guitar Solo also heals nearby allied Heroes for 50 Health every second while it is active.

Echo Pedal
Using a Basic or Heroic ability releases two pulses of 18 damage. This deals 200% bonus damage to Minions, Mercenaries, and Monsters. The first occurs instantly, the second occurs 2 seconds later.

Hitting at least 2 targets with Face Melt reduces its cooldown by 6 seconds.

E.T.C.'s Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Guitar Solo by 0.75 second.
