Tank Damage

I feel this build for Artanis is pretty standard. He's tanky, deals percentage based damage, and can zone out key enemy heroes.

"Titan Killer" at lvl 16 allows for Artanis to deal .5% extra basic attack damage (based on the enemy hero's maximum health) and 1.5% extra damage with Twin Blades. Building Artanis this way puts you in a good position against beefy frontline (double tank / tank + bruiser) compositions.

Depending on the enemy team's comp, I might go "Phase Bulwark" at level 13 if they have spell damage.  And as mentioned in my previous Artanis build (here), each of his Heroic abilities is pretty situational as well.
1
Reactive Parry
Using Twin Blades reduces damage taken from the next Hero Basic Attack by 75%. Store up to 2 charges.
4
Shield Surge
Increases Shield Overload's Shields by 75% while you are below 25% Health.
7
Follow Through
After using an ability, your next Basic Attack within 6 seconds deals 40% additional damage.
10
Purifier Beam
Target an enemy Hero with an orbital beam from the Spear of Adun, dealing 184 damage per second for 8 seconds. The beam will chase the target as they move. Unlimited range.
13
Triple Strike
Increases Twin Blades's number of Basic Attacks to 3 but increase its cooldown by 1 second.
16
Titan Killer
Basic Attacks against Heroes deal an additional .5% of their maximum Health in damage. Twin Blades attacks against Heroes deal an additional 1.5% of their maximum Health as damage
20
Target Purified
Increase the speed of Purifier Beam by 15%. If the target of Purifier Beam dies, it automatically recasts on the nearest enemy Hero.
