The Plaguebringer (Stitches Build First impressions)

This build better when hooking front liners like Garrosh or when you can't afford to stay in and autoattack as much. Built more around utility and influencing the battlefiend in other ways.
1
Patchwork Creation
Increase regeneration effects and all healing received by 15%. Whenever a nearby enemy Minion dies, restore 30 Health. Takedowns restore 300 Health.
This talent is busted if you have any support whatsoever. Amp healing + health on minion deaths is amazing
4
Serrated Edge
Hitting an enemy Hero with Hook deals bonus damage equal to 5% of their maximum Health, and reduces Hook's cooldown by 4 seconds.
Both cdr and % health damage is amazing on a lvl 4 talent. This lets you threaten enemy frontline with hooks more often.
7
Blight
Activate to apply Vile Gas to all nearby enemies. Enemy Heroes hit receive 20% less healing for 5 seconds. Passive: Vile Gas heals Stitches for 33% of the damage dealt.
Better sustain with this build seeing as we're not going Chop Chop. Also has added benefit in heal debuff and free trait apply.
10
Putrid Bile
Emit bile that deals 37 damage per second to enemies within, Slowing them by 35% for 1.5 seconds. Gain 20% Movement Speed while emitting bile. Lasts 8 seconds.
Bile >>> Gorge like 99% of the time. This is your escape, team fight, and cc all wrapped into one ability.
13
Lacerate
Slam afflicts enemies with Vile Gas, and Heroes hit by Slam have their Armor reduced by 10 for 4 seconds.
Applies trait at range for lvl 7 talent and shreds a bit of armor. Extra utility is nice.
16
Pulverize
All enemies hit by Slam are Slowed by 75% for 1 second.
Makes your slams terrifying since any slam can turn into a free hook. Use W before Q for guarenteed hooks or just some extra utility.
20
Shambling Horror
Activate to gain 50 Armor for 4 seconds. Passive: Stitches cannot have his Movement Speed reduced below 100%.
This is the best lvl 20 by far. Makes you TRULY unkillable when used right.
