Stomp the Yard (Garrosh Updated 6/20/18)

Meta Garrosh build. Built for that fine line between sustain and anti-burst. Relies very heavily on synergy from level 1 quest and level 13 talent to survive. 

Strengths: Amazing for picks and peel, self-cleanse and ally cleanse are super valuable tools when used right, very difficult to burst down

Weaknesses: Kitable by long ranged damage, struggles with slows and area denial tools
Quest: Stun Heroes with Groundbreaker. Reward: After Stunning 5 Heroes, Groundbreaker deals an additional 165 damage over 3 seconds to Heroes. Reward: After Stunning 15 Heroes, permanently reduce Groundbreaker’s cooldown by 2 seconds.
Best pvp damage talent and synergizes super well with 13 talent.
Activate to become Unstoppable for 1.5 seconds.
Can be used defensively to protect yourself from getting cc'ed to death or offensively to force your way past cc to get to an enemy.
Into the Fray
Activate to throw a nearby ally and grant them 25 Armor for 3 seconds. Deals 91 damage to nearby enemies upon impact and Slows them by 30% for 2.5 seconds. While in flight, allied Heroes are Unstoppable.
The most difficult part of Garrosh's kit to use correctly and the most rewarding. Use to save allies by throwing them away from danger or to throw other frontliners in. If not comfortable using this talent, go for Intimidation at this tier.
Warlord's Challenge
Silence nearby Heroes and force them to attack Garrosh for 2 seconds.
Throw->Q->Taunt is roughly 3 seconds of cc, which should be enough to kill anyone if your team is paying attention. If you engage with Q, instead throw them just over your head short and taunt when they land.
Defensive Measures
Pulling a Hero with Groundbreaker grants Garrosh a 350 Shield for 6 seconds.
Shield work super well with Garrosh's kit. They let him keep his armor while giving him effective health. Try and initiate all late game fights with your Q to have it going into the fight. If getting pressured, throw an enemy away to max range to land a guarenteed Q followup.
Wrecking Ball Stuns enemies near the impact area for 0.5 seconds.
Still the best disruption. At this point in the game, you are throwing people away more than towards your team. Throw the enemy frontliner at the enemy backline and land the guarenteed Q if it hits. Then walk up and Taunt for a big combo.
Titanic Might
Wrecking Ball now throws the 2 closest enemies.
You know what I just said to do after level 16, now you can throw both enemy frontliners to group the entire enemy team.
