Spitfire Devil (Diablo Updated 6/20/18)

W builld Diablo with a heavy focus on survival and maximizing Lightning Breath value. Take this is you want to roast people with Lightning Breath and destroy team fights.

Strengths: very hard to kill unless locked down, god tier team fighting, sets up ally combos super well 

Weaknesses: low single target pressure, low damage overall without Lightning Breath, weak early game
Devil's Due
Black Soulstone increases the effects of Regen Globes and Healing Fountains by 2.25% per Soul.
Best for laning and can be used with pre-taps in teamfighting to give Diablo a second health bar. Super strong talent with this build.
Souls to the Flame
Fire Stomp grants 1 Soul every 3 times it damages an enemy Hero, and heals for an additional 1.3% of its damage dealt per Soul.
Safest way to get souls, good teamfight synergy with rest of build, and also the only talent that give extra benefit before reaching 100 souls.
Eternal Flames
When Diablo stuns an enemy Hero with Shadow Charge or Overpower, reset the cooldown of Fire Stomp and Diablo gains 45 Mana. Reduce the cooldown of Fire Stomp by 1 second.
When done right, this means 3 Firestomps a team fight which gives a lot of damage, sustain, and guarantees procs of your 16 talent.
Lightning Breath
After 0.5 seconds, become Unstoppable and Channel for up to 4 seconds, dealing 50 damage every 0.25 seconds to enemies in front of Diablo. Enemies affected are Slowed by 4% for 2 seconds, up to 40%.
Lightning Breath is the focus of this build. Q in, hit as many W's as you can and then let it rip. A good Lightning Breath can instantly win a teamfight.
Each enemy Hero hit by Fire Stomp grants 3% Spell Power for 10 seconds, up to 30%. While at maximum stacks, Diablo deals 10 damage per second to nearby enemies.
Spell power increases Lightning Breath damage, increases the damage Firestomps deal (which increases healing), and also just increases the self healing from Firestomps because spell power affects healing! Yay double dipping!
Debilitating Flames
Enemy Heroes hit by Fire Stomp are Slowed by 5% for 4 seconds, up to 50%. Heroes Slowed by 25% or more by Debilitating Flames deal 50% less damage.
Debilitating Flames destroys teamfights when used right. You can shotgun people for the insta-proc or hit backliners with 2-3 stomps to shrink ray an entire team. They're even slowed so they can't disengage.
Lord of Terror
Activate to steal 10% of the maximum Health of nearby enemy Heroes and gain 5 Souls per Hero hit.
Hellgate gets less value with this build so it's between the other 2. Hellstorm is hilarious to use (12 seconds of Lightning Breath) but rarely gets full value, so I like Lord of Terror for extra team fight sustain, and can even be used as an execute against characters like Garrosh.
