The good one? (AA hybrid)

Torn on the new Whitemane. I find her lackluster in many ways and worse since her Rework, but here is what worked for me (kind of).

Inquisitor's Prayer is a must, since you need as much mana as you can get (since you lack any management or talents apart from your later Heroic). 4 you go Unwavering Faith for the extra range and bonus damage (=bonus heal). On 7 you mostly go Cleanse since the current meta is full of cc-heavy comps. Apart from that you can decide between longer Zeal or your own protection.

On 10 you go Divine Reckoning. Now, I know that most people prefer the armor, but you run out of mana and perhaps do less healing with it. The combo on 10 would be to ensure the important (it doesnt have to be all) teammates have Zeal on them. Then you active D, cast your R and if you hit it nicely you basically outheal most of the damage the enemy can do. After that you should also have enough mana back to ensure more healing.

13 is situational. As you went AA before, Saintly Greatstaff can be powerfull, but is not mandatory. If you need damage reduction, go for W.

As Whitemane lacks any form of CC it was worse, that her Root got moved to 16. Still, it is a must.

On 20 you either go Judgement Day or - if you have e.g. a Tracer or a Guldan - which you want active Zeal most/all of the time, you go Guiding Light.
Inquisitor's Prayer
Quest: Hit Heroes with Searing Lash. Reward: Each Hero hit grants 3 permanent Health and 2 permanent Mana. Heroes hit with the second strike count as 2 hits.
Unwavering Faith
Increase Whitemane's Basic Attack range by 1.1. Whitemane gains 20% increased Basic Attack damage for each active Zeal buff.
Activate to make an ally Unstoppable for 1 second and gain 1 stack of Desperation.
Divine Reckoning
After 1 second, consecrate an area for 4 seconds, dealing 50 damage every 0.5 seconds to enemies inside. 25% of the damage dealt to Heroes is returned as Mana.
Saintly Greatstaff
Hitting an enemy with Searing Lash marks them for 3 seconds. Basic Attacks against a marked target deal an additional 55 damage and consume the mark.
Harsh Discipline
Hitting a Hero with Searing Lash while they are being targeted by Inquisition Roots them for 1.5 seconds.
Judgement Day
Divine Reckoning deals 30% more damage and pulls enemies to its center the first time it hits them.
