While I believe you could blindly pick whatever talents you want and do insane damage, this is my initial impression on what will be most lethal.
Ace In The Hole
Deal 15% more damage to Stunned or Slowed enemy Heroes.
Adjusted Executioner at level 1, your entire build revolves around this talent.
Fight or Flight
Reduce Adrenaline Rush's cooldown by 10 seconds. Casting Adrenaline Rush grants 25 Armor for 3 seconds,
Toss up between Fight or Flight and Sustaining Rounds, I picked FoF because of the armor bonus. 25 armor for four seconds can save you from getting heavy dived.
Activate to increase the distance of the next Penetrating Round by 30% and increase its Slow duration to 6 seconds.
20% slow for 6 seconds, plenty of time to maintain your Ace in the Hole value.
Order the Hyperion to make a strafing run for 12 seconds, hitting up to 4 enemies for 66 damage every second. Every 4 seconds, it can fire its Yamato Cannon at a Structure, dealing 794 damage.
Either talent is great. The new Raiders definitely are improved; they last indefinitely and can regenerate, but for this build we're gonna stick to the classic Hyperion so we can take the new 20 talent.
Gain 10% Movement Speed while mounted and unmounted. Inspire grants 8% more Movement Speed.
Giddy-Up gives permanent MS boost, upgraded mount speed, and increased Inspire MS. I find it has a slight edge over Debilitating Rounds. 40% slow for 6 seconds is pretty insane, but consistent MS allows you to escape/kite better.
Give Me More!
Increase Adrenaline Rush healing by 50%. While Inspire is active, gain 1 Basic Attack range.
Heal more from your E, gain attack range on W. Since you won't have Nexus Frenzy anymore, Give Me More! is your next best thing.
Increase Attack Speed by 20%. Basic Attack damage is increased by 25% against targets below 50% Health.
All of these are extremely good, but for now I'm going with Execute. More crit damage against enemies below 50% is excellent.
