An underrated tank, Anub excels in setting up kills with his double stun combo and Coccoon at level 10. Dependent on teammates following up on what you do, otherwise you can die swiftly due to being a squishier tank.
Increase Hardened Carapace's Spell Armor by 20.
More spell armor is good, especially if you cannot proc your Harden Carapace isn't up.
Increases Burrow Charge range by 20% and damage by 100%.
Burrow Charge also grants a 345 point shield for 5 seconds.
More shielding is nice, especially once you've engaged.
Wraps target enemy Hero in a cocoon, rendering them unable to act or be targeted for 8 seconds. Allies of the Hero can attack the cocoon to break it and free them early. Range: 6
A good Cocoon target varies from game to game. You might wanna use it on the tank so your team can overwhelm the backline, or it could be against Maiev who is destroying your entire team.
Acid Drenched Mandibles
Attacking a Hero that is slowed, rooted, or stunned increases Anub'arak's Basic Attack damage by 70% for 3 seconds.
Crit damage is nifty with your combo.
Increases Burrow Charge impact area by 60% and lowers the cooldown by 1.25 seconds for each Hero hit.
The cooldown reduction is too good to pass up.
Activate to reset the cooldowns of your Basic Abilities.
I don't know why Rewind is in the game, but it is, so you wanna just take it and send one person into CC hell. If you're struggling to survive in teamfights, hardened shield gets the job done as well.
