Easy Money Medivh

Portal Mastery
Medivh can manually place both Portal locations and it no longer breaks Raven Form. Activate Medivh's Trait to cancel an unliked Portal.
IMO only reason to take anything other than Portal Mastery is if you can't use it. It frees up your positioning very well and allows you to make saves completely uncontested in bird form.
Raven Familiar
A Raven Familiar joins allies each time they use a Portal. The Raven will dive at the ally's next Basic Attack against a Hero within 5 seconds, dealing 114 damage and Slowing them by 30% for 2.5 seconds.
IMO Mage Armor probably has potential in certain situations, such as maybe when enabling "non tank tanks" like Maiev/Kerrigan that ZaneHyde likes so much. Or maybe with certain tanks that don't have much armor themselves. Still think Raven Familiar is super good tho.

Dust of Appearance can help you spot stealthies camping rotations for your teammates, but you'll often be able to negate the burst of those same stealthies in the first place, so I'm not 100% sold on it.
Force of Magic
Preventing at least 268 damage with a single cast of Force of Will grants 30% Spell Power for 15 seconds. Stacks up to 2 times.
Arcane Explosion with Circle of Protection and/or heavy burst/dive teams.

Mystic Assault can be strong in uncoordinated games where you get tons of free AAs off.
Poly Bomb
Polymorph an enemy Hero for 2 seconds, Silencing them and making them unable to attack. On expiration, Poly Bomb spreads to other nearby enemy Heroes.
Poly Bomb is far easier to use. Just point and click to disrupt enemies and secure kills.

Leyline Seal is great for disengage and setting up wombos, as well as splitting up teams and several other uses (even functions as a Mosh Pit interrupt).
Enduring Will
Preventing at least 268 damage with Force of Will reduces its cooldown to 4 seconds.
IMO most casts should trigger Enduring Will, or they weren't good casts of Force of Will in the first place.

Circle of Protection fully synergizes with Arcane Explosion and is great at dealing with OR dishing out AoE burst/dives.
Stable Portal
Decrease Portal cooldown by 25% and increase Portal duration by 50%.
All 16s viable.

More portals are always good. Temporal Flux if your ults are particularly effective in this game (e.g. shutting down a rampaging Tracer with Poly Bomb). Arcane Charge to simply yeet out more DPS (IMO not super worth but can be a lot if you're just spamming through the enemy team, especially with Ana Nanoboost).
Arcane Brilliance
Activate to instantly restore 200 Mana to all nearby allied Heroes and grant them 15% Spell Power for 10 seconds.
Brilliance by default. 15% stronger burst is nuts.

Guardian of Tirisfal if you really need the macro strength.

Medivh Cheats sets up great Leylines.

Dust of Disappearance lets you hide dive/CC heroes in random chokes for EZ kills, and the stealth can also actually hide allies from point and click only characters who have no easy way to break Stealth (e.g. Greymane, Diablo without Flames). You can even break certain single-target channels, like Kael'thas's Pyroblast windup or Mal'ganis's Dark Conversion! (NOTE: Doesn't work with Nova Tap, she just keeps shooting). You can even block the scan from Fenix's Purification Salvo with good timing. Be clever with it! :)
