Dog Man

Rexxar is a difficult hero to play but wins the solo lane hard, especially on maps such as Dragon Shire or Braxis. He's susceptible to ganks, but offers some nice teamfight as well as amazing 1v1 ability if micro'd correctly. Misha is a great ward, and offers some nice teamfight. He can be built so Misha does insane burst damage or, if you want a safer build less reliant on Misha, you can build into becoming an AA monster.
1
Bird of Prey
Increases Spirit Swoop's damage by 150% to enemy minions.
This is your waveclear. Throw it down the wave while it is a straight line for almost instant clear
4
Hunter-Gatherer
Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your Health Regeneration by 1 per second, up to 25 per second. Reward: After gathering 25 Globes, Rexxar and Misha gain 15 Armor.
7
Taking Flight
Increases Spirit Swoop's range by 20%. If Spirit Swoop hits an enemy Hero, the Mana cost is refunded and the cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds.
Any of these can work, Aspect gives more CC from Misha, Crippling Talons does the same but from Rexxar's perspective, Taking Flight (my preferred default) lets you have bird up constantly which helps later.
10
Unleash the Boars
Release a herd of boars that track down all enemy Heroes in a direction, dealing 115 (+4% per level) damage, revealing, and slowing enemies by 40% for 5 seconds.
Only go into bestial if you are really struggling in the solo lane and there are no larger fights that you are participating in (So really only in non-coordinated play)
13
Aspect of the Hawk
When Spirit Swoop hits an enemy Hero, you gain 125% Attack Speed for 4 seconds. Misha Basic Attacks now increase the duration of the Attack Speed buff by 0.75 seconds. Duration is refreshed if Rexxar hits an enemy Hero with Spirit Swoop while the Aspect of the Hawk effect is active.
This should match your level 7. Only take Wildfire Bear if you need to reveal things like Stealthies, Zagara's Creep, Time Traps, etc.
16
Feign Death
Fake your death, becoming Invulnerable and untargetable for 5 seconds. During this time you control Misha.
Default to Feign Death. If you feel very unthreatened (and expect it to stay that way) you can go into Thrill of the Hunt with AA/Bird build or Primal Intimidation with either build.
20
Kill Command
Unleash the Boars deals 50% more damage and roots for 1.5 seconds.
Frenzy of Kalimdor can be a huge boost to bird build but should only be gone into if your team has tons of lockdown and is lacking damage.
