Brew Juggler

The build is focused on empowering the main healing ability of Li Li. While the regular Cloud Serpent builds are working great and all, they are boring as hell. This makes you a tiny brew juggler tossing your product to your teammates most of the time. Of course you'll lack the benefits from taking Cloud Serpent talents, so you should note that your W won't be that effective as if you'd use different builds.

This build is mostly for fun, also great for a beginner to experience Li Li's primary role before taking the DPS builds and forsaking the "cute little panda healing her team" image.
Free Drinks
If Healing Brew heals a target under 50% health, its Cooldown is reduced by 1 second and its mana cost is refunded.
This makes Healing Brew quite a nice emergency heal, as you spam it anyway while maintaining Cloud Serpent on your preferred teammate. Surprise ambushes can endanger your tank or damage dealer, hence why a reduced cooldown and no mana cost makes you a mana efficient saviour. Of course, you'll lose a free Blinding Wind by taking this one, and if you're in a team with high HP heroes or ones with great sustain, pick Wind Serpent.
Serpent Sidekick
Each time a Cloud Serpent attacks a Hero, its duration is increased by 0.6 seconds.
Not much to say, this makes your cute serpent lurk around a little longer - which means you can focus on throwing more Healing Brew!
The Good Stuff
Healing Brew heals for an additional amount over 3 seconds. While Fast Feet is active, this amount is increased by 100%.
The bonus amount is decent at endgame. This talent is especially good if you're being focused by the enemy team or certain heroes as the amount is doubled while your escape trait is activated, making it easier to get away from annoying heroes. If there are teammates around and your trait is not triggered, the healing-over-time lasts 3 secs, which means that your Q's effect lasts long enough to maintain it with another Q (especially if your teammate is below 50% and you picked Free Drinks as Talent 1).
Jug of 1,000 Cups
Rapidly tosses brew to the most injured nearby allies, prioritizing Heroes, restoring a total of 1698 Health over 6 seconds.
As most builds use Water Dragon for the nice damage and cc, if you're confident that your team can hold its ground, pick that instead. Jug of 1000 Cups works best with maximum 3-4 people, including yourself, depending on their health. It's a simple and effective heal, but note that you can be easily focused by the enemy heroes while channeling it. However, it is still a healing ability, great for emergency situations.
Hindering Winds
Blinding Wind Slows enemy Hero Movement Speed by 25% for 2 seconds.
Take your pick. Hindering Winds slows enemy heroes for a small amount of time, but with your trait's speed bonus, it should provide a nice opportunity to RUN FOR YER LIFE. The main point of the build is to heal, heal and blind the enemy: if you're being focused or a chubby orc wants to duel you, best just run away . The other two talent options are great if you're a meanie and wanna deal some extra damage.
Two For One
Increases the number of allies healed by Healing Brew to 2, but increases the cooldown by 1.5 seconds.
Pick Me Up sounds great, but you won't need it. If you picked Free Drinks at level 1, and The Good Stuff at level 7, the reduced cd and the hot will make it up to you. Two For One is excellent: although your cooldown is increased by 1,5 seconds, you get to heal 2 of your teammates with one brew, which can be a life saver.
Activate to heal all nearby Allies for 149. 30 second cooldown. The cooldown of this ability is reduced by 1 second each time you or your cloud serpent attacks.
The obvious choice here, it's just too strong not to pick it. As it's a free aoe heal besides your great pandaren alcoholic tricks, you'll probably use it in heavy teamfights - which means you and your serpent both will attack enemy heroes quite often, making Mistweaver's cooldown waaaaaaaaaaay shorter than 30 seconds.
